Yes. Both care plans include a simple client dashboard with 30-day reports for website visits, completed inquiries, and Google search impressions and clicks, where the relevant tracking is connected. Reports show their dates and last refresh, and tracking starts once setup is complete. Website Care + SEO adds our monthly review of the results, one focused page improvement, and clear next steps. Phone-button clicks are not counted as confirmed inquiries.

Yes. Standard pages beyond eight start at $250 each, using the agreed design and content you supply. We confirm the full page list and price before starting. Unusual layouts, writing, and added features cost extra; larger or complex projects receive a quote for the whole website.

Yes. A light refresh starts at $750 after we review your website and confirm we can work with its current setup. We agree on a specific list of changes. A full redesign uses our build packages as starting points, with any extra content-moving work, writing, or features quoted separately. Existing content may save work, but a redesign is not automatically cheaper than a new website.

Not automatically. We look at the website’s setup, features, and support needs before recommending a care plan. We also review an existing website before taking over its care. Any different monthly price will be agreed in writing first.

A page is one part of your website, such as Home, About, or Services. We agree on its content and length before building. Each page counts toward your package, including any legal pages you supply. Blogs, online stores, directories, members-only areas, and custom apps are quoted separately.

Send us one collected list of changes to the agreed design and content. We make those changes and share an updated website for you to review. That counts as one round. New pages, a different design, or new features cost extra. Fixes needed to deliver what we agreed don’t use up a round.

We can place an existing tool on your website, such as a booking form, map, or review display. Each included tool covers placement and simple styling, using an account you give us permission to access. We check that it will work before quoting. Account setup, custom connections, more detailed design, and automated tasks cost extra. The tool provider’s fees are separate.

The estimate starts on our agreed start date, once we’ve confirmed the work and have your content. Scheduling, late feedback, or changes to the project can affect delivery. Your proposal will confirm the expected date.

Your care plan includes small changes to existing text, photos, hours, and links. We’ll confirm request limits and response times in your proposal. New pages, larger writing jobs, redesigns, and new features are quoted separately.

SEO helps search engines understand your website so people can find it. Every build includes the basics: page titles, descriptions, headings, and image descriptions. Website Care + SEO adds monthly reviews and improvements after launch, once the needed accounts are connected with your permission. We don’t guarantee rankings or a set number of inquiries.

We still host your site, check that it’s working, carry out scheduled maintenance, and provide support. You receive a monthly summary of our work. Website Care + SEO also includes its monthly search review and page improvement. Small content changes are one part of the service.

The packages shown pair a one-time build fee with monthly care. Before you commit, we’ll agree on payment dates, whether care is required, any minimum term, ownership, cancellation, missed payments, and any cost to take over the website. Hosting limits, backups, restoring the site, and each side’s responsibilities will also be written down. These terms are not finalized yet.
